I just use a little 8-1/2'' stone that I ordered through Amazon.

I don't know if any brand is better or different. Searching "pizza
stone" at Amazon.com brings up a lot of choices, and bread peels, too.
Whatever fits your grill -- we have a real small grill so the little
8-1/2'' size works for us.
