And I would hope that I have the same experience. One problem. I don't have four weeks and the vendor doesn't have another unit in stock to ship. This leaves me in the lurch or paying for another Norcold and paying $200 to $300 more than the first one cost me because all the other vendors are that much more. I'll be stopping payment on the first if this is not resolved in the next day or so but that doesn't fill the hole where the Norcold is supposed to go.
