Camper World (there's one at hwy 78 near the San Marcos exit) sells
all sorts of cutesy clip-on weight sets for picnic table tablecloths.

I don't use the picnic tables in campgrounds to eat from.  We do use
'em to hold our grill and to drip-dry the utility buckets and
suchlike.  What puts me off ackshirly sitting at them is the
unavoidable number of bugs and spiders that have taken up residence on
the under-side ... :-o
