The guy who knows his drivers (& bribes them), has the delivery/pickup as a regular part of his business will get the service we all should get. Your experience might be a rare mistake or it might be just how they do what they do. They didn't deliver it (you were home all day), said they did and there is no way to talk to someone who might be able to help you (local number) and they have already been paid for it.

For the most part all we get here are the bad stories & FWIW I prefer the post office as they do work on Saturday. I sure hope they find your package someday.
