I've probably sent over a thousand packages via FedEx Ground in the last few years and I've only have one go missing. And, unlike UPS, the search and subsequent insurance claim was handled quickly and efficiently with a check for $1,300+ arriving in about 4 weeks.

Larry, I've had the same problem with DHL, FedEx, and UPS. They say 'no on home' when I've been here all day, in fact waiting for them. DHL has been the worst in my experience, then UPS, and now FedEx....
