OK, that makes it official. I will now go back to the drawing board with my flashing coolant level light and make it work...A testimony like that one...who can argue with that? Though I do monitor my coolant temperature gauge closely, I could miss it as it goes HOT..then goes back cool (because all the coolant is gone and it is reading nothing...) Saw that behavior when I blew a coolant hose..and then blew the headgasket...
