Subject: Crumbling Flue Vent Cover
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed

After switching from a Dometic to a Norcold refer we no longer need the flue vent as it is not hooked up. I placed the flue vent cover (original) over the vent to keep out the elements. This afternoon I noticed that it looked kinda crooked or something, so I went to press it back into the rubber surround and it just cracked and crumbled. Not designed for UV or something, I reckon. Are there more durable replacements? Tupperware bowl or something? Duct tape? Really big ball of gum?
