Well, anything that VW or Westfalia put there should probably be done outgassing. I'm sure some Westy drivers carry on the time-honored traditions hand have done a little ingassing to their vans. Driving up a mountain really fast (OK, maybe not), chili dinners at campouts, the cigarettes that only get stubbed out in the special ashtray, etc.
