It's true. However Mrs Squirrel frets over spiders and such. Calls me to
deal with them. Being around humans is dangerous for the little guys and
they are too simple to understand this so I remove them to safer locales.

Functional and pleasing to the eye. Hm. Able to withstand UV and water.

Well, I gotta get the van washed in a few days so it looks purty before
our Sierra trip. Mrs Squirrel had me completely empty it so she could
clean the inside real good. Hasn't gotten around to it, yet.
For the washing I'll put some tape or something over the flue vent. I'll
keep my eye out for some highly-attractive domelike dingus to affix over
it. A single bloody eyeball poking out. Something like that?
* Not that you'd hear any wind drag-induced noise from my vent cover
over the roar of the tires and the flutter vibration of Mellow Yellow's
luggage rack when hitting speeds over 80mph on the occasional downhill.
Or that one time two months ago when I heading west on Interstate 10
between Palm Springs and Beaumont were the wind farm is and the headwind
was so strong that I could only manage 50mph [laugh, Benny Boy, laugh
but unless you offer to install a real engine in Mellow Yellow No
Charge, be a gentleman and not a weenie frat boy and keep the laughing
to a minimum!]. The luggage rack fluttered like a loose reed in a
64-foot Contra Bombarde organ pipe.
