There should be no clearance problem with the right side aluminum engine mount or the filter .

Not even if you are using the Diesel oil filter. it's possible you have the mount bolted to the wrong hole in the block.

As for the water pump outlet, you have to make your own adapter section and use the Diesel 068 aluminum outlet, not the ABA one.

I can take a picture of mine and send it to you as soon as I have a chance.
