You got my vote on this one! 150%, keep it out the list until it's deep serious and everyone should know about. This is unbelievable that some still do that here. My business as nothing to do with this list, but if i would find that one of my customer would trash me on a local list without talking to me first about the problem, and try to fix things up with me first, i would kick is butt, period.
