its not so bad when you are tall enough to know you are going to bonk your head. but the absolute worst "bell ringer" in the van, and I think you would qualify, if merrily opening the sliding door and moving briskly into the van only to find the top bunk has been deployed...that split second as your skull comes up to make contact and just before your neck vertebrae telescope is memorable. ab
