The reason I liked this guy was, he communicated like he has only one item
to sell and I got the item the next day. The next day. I could not believe
it.
Surely, he does not have all the things we would need and maybe some of the
prices are not as low, but he was shipping them all as if he was shipping
one item. He says, he does not make money on the shipping. I ordered three
items and he charged one shipping cost. GoWesty and BD have accumulating
shipping charge, if I remember it right, and even if the whole lot could
ship for $10 they still charge whatever it adds up to, and that really kills
many deals. That is why I order from the locals, get it faster and no
shipping.
Ron and I have a past with delivery time and some. But I understand, he has
employees who either quit or being disgruntled and it all piles up.
I'm sure, if all the guys who had the same trouble would chime in, there
would be a free for all here.
But that's not the point. Ron knows, he has to keep up his promises day in
day out and he has a constant fight on his side. But I'm sure, he would
have a lot more orders if the expectations would be met or the
communications would be there to admit fault in time.
This guy's eBay name is "time_n_money" and just one more source for us as
long as he has the stuff. But he is selling for all the cars, so he is not
our specialist, not a competition to Ron.
Ron can get better even if he thinks he is doing fine.
We can all get better.
Zoltan
