That's good news. When I was looking for a new car a few years back I stopped at VW dealer just to poke around. The Jetta wagon diesel really sparked my interested because 2) it was VW, 3) it was a wagon, 4) it got great mileage and the #1 reason was it was built in Germany. There was 1 on the lot in a sea of Jettas. Unfortunately I needed 4wd so I did not buy it. Those diesel Jetta wagons are commanding top dollar on eBay right now.

The only thing more ludicrous than the $70K Syncro Westy's at GoWesty is typing in "diesel touareg" on eBay.
