not necessary. the fiberglass bumpers can be painted with any regular automotive paint, no different from metal. and there is no flex additive needed either.

if you want to save your money, get about 5 rattle cans of krylon satin black, thats enough to do both bumpers. repair any cracks first, then prime with black primer and then spray the topcoat on.

lay the bumpers out on a sawhorse while you spray them.. thin coats to avoid drips or runs.. basic stuff.
