You can install a "Scrolling Desktop" which would allow you to scroll the ETKA page up and down and left to right but that, at 800x600, would be something of a pain. http://www.nearestexit.com/sdesk/

Or, you can install ETKA 7 which doesn't have that fixed resolution problem.
