Mike, I'll have to look up your order details and email you directly on Monday (it's best handled directly, really; no need to copy it to 1000 people), as I don't have current customer files at home. I did pull up an old backup copy I have here at home, and I see that of your 3 orders in November shipped either the same day you placed them or the following working day. (I guess you'd forgotten about those experiences when you published your comments.)

We have never promised to ship all orders in 1-3 days. In fact, you chose Economy shipping, which specifies that you expect to see your parts in 7-10 business days. (It says this four times, in fact - first where you choose that shipping option, a second time when you submit your order, a third time on our order terms page, and a fourth time by email after you place the order.) Economy orders are processed in the order received, so actual ship date can vary. Usually we beat the 7-10 estimate by a good margin, and indeed most parts do ship within 1-3 working days (as did all 3 of your orders in November), but this is not guaranteed. That is why we list those particular items as USUALLY shipping in 1-3 WORKING days - not as guaranteed to ship in 1-3 calendar days. (And of course special order items and backorders can take longer.)

We do offer Expedited delivery options, with guaranteed delivery as quickly as overnight. Since you are reasonably close by, upgrading to guaranteed 3 day delivery is usually rather cheap. Expedited orders go right to the front of the line, and if in stock they ship the same or next working day (depending on how late in the day you order). Your list discount will usually more than offset the upgrade to Expedited shipping, should you need it. Or if you're not in a rush, save a few bucks and go with Economy shipping.

I will get back to you tomorrow after I look up your most recent order. I'll also look up the Christmas one you mentioned, but I gather it reached you within the 7-10 working days they we specify. (Due to UPS shipping holidays, 10 business days would have been January 2, and indeed you mention that you got it right after the new year.) If you need to reach me, feel free to click on "reply" instead of "reply to all" and it goes right to my desk.
