Wow, sorry so many people have had bad eBay experiences. I've been using it for close to 10 years now for mostly musical instrument sales and purchases (I'm at http://myworld.ebay.com/uprightbassghost/ ). I will say that I've had 99% satisfaction. The only problems I have ever had is with some videos which were obviously drop shipped (weeks later) and ironically enough a supposed 3rd eye brake light for a Vanagon which turned out to be a piece of crap.

As a seller though I have bent over backwards for people. I ship stuff the day it sells via USPS priority (even it I list parcel post) and I have taken things back even when I said "as-is". It has been hard keeping a 100% rating.

Bryan
