Subject: Table leg modification (Loren Bush)
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1

Just finished up a table leg modification that Loren Bush suggested: See:http://www.pbase.com/labusch/tablemods

I bought my table from Go Westy, which does not have the Center bushing like the stock table. This actually worked out better for me as I took a 1 1/4 inch dowel rod, and shape it down to 1 3/16 to fit inside the table leg with minimal amount of movement. I think the whole thing took maybe 40 minutes. A very worthwhile modification in my opinion, and just want to take this opportunity to thank Loren for posting the detailed pictures on how to do the modification. Pretty simple idea, but it works extremely well! No more lopsided tables, and it makes getting to the storage "cubicles" below the table a breeze, without having to completely moved the table out-of-the-way. Thank you Loren!

Troy
