Subject:      New propane tank question

Hey, stupid question (i know, i should know stuff like that! but i don't), i
have a new manchester tank (GoWesty), so in the pass few weeks i did  2
weekend with the fridge ON and one night with the propex kind of ON, so last
friday i went to fill the tank and the guys tell me it's still full??? so i
push the guy away (hi hi) and open the bleeder a bit more, screw that thing
solide, oeen the filler valve... and nothing, well, 50 cent, so we try again
for fun and we hear a click, like one of the safety valve close as soon as
we try to put propane IN, BUT, i forgot to close the main valve that goes to
stove and fridge? I don't know if that as some effect on the filling. Or
maybe i didn't use enough propane yet?
