I'm going to take some pictures and post them.  Soon, I hope.
In my case I just pulled the city water inlet, disconnected the water line,
plugged it with a 3/8" flare plug (so  water wouldn't back out when using
the internal pump), hacksawed the back off and epoxied a 3" muffin fan to
the back.  Wired it in from my aux fuse panel and mounted a switch in the
vent grill at the back left of the stove/sink cabinet.  The original outside
cover seems to keep the rain out (looked at it real close the other day when
the 'fridge was out) and I prop it open when in camp.
