If you live in the Northern Seattle area I would come and show you. Otherwise, basically you would have to free the wires to be able to pull them throught he hole. If you look closely, you would see that the wire ends are secured in the plastic housings by having a little piece in the middle of the copper end protrude out, so it can not be pulled backwards. That is what you need to push back level, so you can pull it back out. And you would make it stick out again when you would install back after you finished. It may sound simple, but you need something strong and narrow enough to fit in the slot and be able to push back the tab. Once you have done one you will see well and exactly what the tab looks like and what you are up against. I do this all the time and now its really no trouble at all. Now, before you would take the wires out, mark them which goes where. You don't want to put the wrong wires to the wrong place, do you. BLK, BR, BL, W. Zoltan
