Frank & Paul,

It takes me 5 minutes to take out the door panel. Takes another 5-10 minutes to remove the connectors. I do use a power screw driver to speed screws on and off. I can't see your method being any faster.

I also use a Snap-on connector remover. It's really nothing more than a tiny screwdriver which is flat and even on all sides. In a pinch, I've even used a paper clip while at a junkyard.
