Sure, that includes opening and restoring the vapor barrier. One minute  of a
hairdryer gets that gummy stuff soft enough to allow banana peeling ease.

For those who accidentally rip the plastic in the process, I've seen  repairs
with packing tape or duct tape that lasted for years until I opened  them up
again.

For the record, I currently have 6 spare pairs of mirrors that I removed
myself.=)




        BenT, you NEED to quit  collecting and come to MEXICO with us for the
wedding.  We're gonna show  you how to use Tequila.  Forget about Vanagon
mirrors !
