Having spent 5 1/2 years in direct retail after I retired I give a strong
second to Toms comments.  If you ain't been there then it is difficult to
understand but some customers expect some outrageous things from a vendor.
And now let's all drop the subject.

Please note - During the past 17 years of operation, several gigabytes of Vanagon mail messages have been archived. Searching the entire collection will take up to five minutes to complete. Please be patient!
