Subject: NOS VDO Oil temp dipstick sender for AC Vanagons FS

Since the list is talking about oil temperature this time of year, I thought I'd mention that I bought an NOS VDO oil temp sender that replaces your oil dipstick some time ago on ebay, and have never used it. I guess I thought I'd use it as a portble oil temp system when trying out used car purchases or something really wierd like that. Any way. $20 would buy it and add a few buck for the postman.

I also have somewhere in the shop maybe 6 or 7 VDO oil temp. senders with pretty long probes on them. I'll have to check the thread pitch on them, but their uniqueness is they have two male spade ends on them. I think the extra one is to turn on an accessory(like a fan) when the oil gets a certain temp. The other spade terminal reads the oil temp. If anyone's a VDO expert, I could find the part number somewhere on the items. I'd let go of them for $10 each.
