In Canada some stations are full service (aka they insist on pumping gas) and some are self service. Whenever I pull up in my Syncro I ask if they've ever filled up a Syncro. They never have. After they futilely try to pump gas in (and the auto-shufoff kills it instantly) they let me fill it up. Most modern pumps pump gas so fast that it will always trigger the auto-shut off (now super sensitive to prevent overflows) on my Syncro Westy.


I get to spend 15 minutes of my time instead trickling the gas in to the tank.
