Thought I would chime in here. I am using an aluminum $150 motorcycle hoist from Harbor Freight. I put the Van wheels on dollies, this raises the van a bit. Slide the carrier under the van engine. Jack it up to support the engine, dis connets the associated hardware and lower the engine. Slide it out and put it on a bench. Usually I just pick it up and place it on the bench.
