Based on theose dimensions I'd expect to have to do (at least for me) major surgery on the cabinets and have a bunch sticking out. There is a dual power (12vDC and 110v AC) version of the 0040, the DE0040. I would have gone that direction but the vendor I bought from didn't have one and everyone else was $200 higher. Plus I'd planned on putting in an onboard charger that will run off 110vAC and that will achive the same thing.
