John, I have had this problem before and I cut the end of the throw out bearing actuator shaft off at the place where it enters the bellhousing with a sawzall and then pressed the remainder of it out of the center of the clutch lever with a hydraulic press! Then I had to install a new clutch actuator shaft into the bell housing. That bugger came apart but it wasn't pretty :-( I have the actuator shafts in stock if you find you need one.
