Oh yeah duh. I mean, how hard can it be? One long simple seam along the long side, one some-kinda-rolled-seam for the drawstring along the open end. I'll find a secondhand sewing machine someplace. Mrs Squirrel claims to sew but she doesn't own a machine nor have I ever actually seen a needle and thread in her hands.
