(and I still haven't had the balls to cut a hole in floor under fridge)

And further to that idea, I thought it would be good to use a manifold of some sort through which air would be drawn in "against" frame of van. The frame is metal is cool to the touch, so air being drawn against it should get cooled down.

The immediate problem associated with this plan, is in the UNlikely event there was an LP leak at tank, then if fan on, LP would get sucked into van.

The other problem is that I wanted to use a fairly high CFM fan. Likel a bilge blower. The one I looked at in local marine shop drew around 4 amps. It blew lots of air (to feel) like I thought it should to make this hack worthwhile, but with that kind of draw, no way.

Maybe a PC case fan would suffice.......
