Anybody have an opinion/fact-based estimate of how often the wise replace the fuel lines? I wonder if it is climate specific? Let's see... my 84 Vanagon GL Camper had a new engine in 2001... needed a fuel line in 2005...and had a leak this summer again! Sniff for the tell-tale smell of fuel...!!! Mind you, this part of the planet is kinda hard on plastics.

Bill in Southern Arizona, where the monsoon season started this afternoon (unofficially).
