Ben, make 8x10 prints of all the burnt vanagon photos and hang them on your shop wall...put up a big sign that says "inspect/change your fuel lines, or this could be you!"

When customers see a dozen or so toasted vans maybe they'll get the message...

(I saw this tactic at another shop, can't remember where but it sure gets the customers attention)
