Those are good folks at Grant Lake. And I recall some amount of shade at that campground. It was they who alerted us to our fuel leak :-o when we inquired about their showers. If you don't stay there, they can't let you use their showers. But at Oh! Ridge there's a commercial campground with paid showers that are available to anyone. Those are the only showers we could find in the area other than at motels.
