i always fill the tank up before crossiong the PA state line into NJ... gas is cheaper in PA anyways.. and usually the pump jockeys in NJ will cram every last drop into your tank, pumping more gas into it even after the safety shutoff closed.. therefore spewing gas all over the side of your vehicle.. and u gotta pay for that gas that spills on the ground..
