Chris,

In fact NJ has some of the cheapest gas in the US even with our weird laws about not pumping your own. I always have my servants pump my gas for me before I go into PA or any other state around. Gas is more expensive almost everywhere I go. Maybe there is a station or two in the Lancaster, PA area where gas is the same price as it is here (currently $2.68 per gallon yesterday).

Don't worry though. After his recent accident our beloved Governor Jon Cozine has been taking an interest in all things vehicle related. Because he is so rich that he doesn't care about mundane things like gas prices, he was shocked to realize that New Jersey has one of the lowest taxes on gas in the nation. I am sure that he will soon recitify this by increasing our gas tax so that it will be the highest in the nation. Why should the tax on gas be different than any other tax here? :-)

Have a great fourth and if you are coming through NJ, be sure to fill up and take advantage of cheap fuel prices.
