Jeepers, no. Our car would have been something along the lines of a ten year-old Ford or Chevy. My dad was just a middle-level kinda drone working for a title company. He and Mom probably bought that cooler from a friend, or from Sears after much discussion and calculating of the household budget on a big heavy electromechnical ten key calculator borrowed from the office.

Trust me -- my strangeness is earned, not because my parents were rich. --
