Omega http://www.omega.com/ almost definitely has it, but you might not
like the price.

If you know anybody at a college or university with a mechanical
engineering, physics, or chemistry department, they almost certainly
have various spools of thermocouple wire knocking around.  If you're too
old to wander around the college inconspicuously, most college students
can be bribed with nominal amounts of food and drink.  :)

A local industrial-controls shop may have thermocouple wire as well.
