Here is a link to some ebony Aniline dye that you could stain any wood with to get the color, but it brings up a good point about color fastness in the direct sun light. http://www.woodworker.com/cgi-bin/FULLPRES.exe?PARTNUM=844-995 I have used the Min Wax ebony on oak with really good results but it's hard to find .
