I vote for dropping the engine and tranny together. In my experience it is a PITA to the get the motor and tranny mated during install if dropped separately. I use a motorcycle jack below the motor and a tranny jack for the tranny. This works super slick and can be easily done with one person. The only problem is I am too cheap to buy my own jacks. Thanks for lending them to me Scotty!
