In a previous post, someone mentioned something about asking for a special ("heavy duty") material to replace the fuel lines. I don't remember if you have to specifically ask for it, or if that material is what is normally used. Does anyone know what I'm referring to? (because I sure don't!) I'm not familiar with this stuff at all. Patti

Hi Patti The dealer fuel lines are exactly what you do want . They are in most cases better than anything available aftermarket. The recall stuff comes in a kit with everything ready for the mechanic. I think most mechanics can do this without screwing it up and really would not worry about it especially if you have them do the rest of the lines and the plastic connector.

If you want when you go to pick it up , start it and watch for any gas that might drip to double check there work.
