I've seen this one before but got a chance to examine it parked during my evening walk. It's a blue hardtop Wolfsburg Weekender, probably an '89 because of the rear window vents and the diagonal stripe interior (I'm sure one of you wizards will correct me if my guess is off). Automatic and alloys and the vanity plate "HOT VW."

Unfortunately, it's being used hard. The body has several dings and creases and it looks like he totes a lot of stuff that has messed up the interior. Shame.
