I have a better idea. You don't have to take the window out to have paint under the rubber seal. You would need to lift the rubber up with a tool and install a cord all around under it to keep it away from the body until the painting is done, then just take out the cord. This is a common practice. I use an L shape tool that I pull in front of the cord that is being pushed in behind it. Then cut the cord to the right size and push the end in too. Masking tape has to be installed such a way that the edge of the masking tape would overlap the edge of the rubber. Paint and clear coat can then be sprayed normally and after the cord is pulled out, the rubber would lay down back and it will look like you took the whole window out.
