I ran TWO wires up the passenger A pillar by pulling the new wires with an old one. With a bit of patience and silicone lube you can do it too. I then snaked them through the fresh air tunnel over the sliding door straight into the rear A/C compartment. VOILA!

Of course you have to loosen a few screws to gain access to inside of the tunnel.
