Although long winded at times, this has been a somewhat interesting thread.

It has brought up a common point.

Everyone has different needs/situations.

And there are quite a few points related to that. But......

There is no perfect solution. There can't be. Nothings perfect. There can only be better solutions for each individual. I, for one, am still "on the fence" regarding which engine I'll convert to. (FWIW, at this point it's between a diesel or Suby) Some of the dialogue contained in this thread is proving to be useful. But.....

Can we keep it to the "hows & whys" instead of trying to prove who's "right"?

There really isn't a "one size fits all" universal "right".

(have I used enough quotes to make my point? ---- ;^)
