Maybe. Note that the 16-valve rail bolts to the intake manifold for support. The WBX ones just hang there on the end of the hoses, so anything heavier than the stock plastic ones will put more force on those hoses.

An aluminum one would, however, look cool and be a lot easier to install than actually changing all the rubber fuel hoses, so somebody could probably make money selling them. And then, after a van burns down because the customer didn't change the rubber hoses, the customer could re-use the part on their next engine! :)
