Dave, I have had new lines made by a local NAPA store with a machine shop. I have also had them made up at a shop that normally does hydraulic hoses for farm tractors and industry. All of the new hoses you can get now are barrier hoses. You might want to check your schrader valves (bicycle stem looking valves where you charge the sytem). They can stick open and leak or not seal properly. You can just spray a little soapy water on them and see if they leak (or do as Gomer Pyle suggests and spit on them and see if they bubble:-). If they bubble then they need to be replaced. If not then you can blow the water out of them with some compressed air.
