Find a high school body shop program or technical/vocational school body shop program and find out who the better students are; approach them about doing the painting for you 'on the side'. Back in the day when my buddy and I were in the high school program he used to flow paint on the weekends to earn some cash; they'd buy all the materials and he'd give them an excellent job for a great price compared to a commercial shop.
