Hi all. Regarding the Dometic 182A/B Had read of replacing thermal paste between aluminum cooling fins and tube it attaches to. (inside fridge) I understand that with age, the original paste starts to dry up. New application of paste would help conductivity bewteen the two pieces. Has anyone tried using this same paste between the heating element and the tube it resides in? The idea obviously being that a better transfer of heat may occur. Maybe too hot for paste? Just a thought. Neil. -- Neil Nicholson. 1981 Air Cooled Westfalia. |
